最近在Windows11中使用Vmware虚拟机时遇到了严重的卡顿问题：鼠标卡顿、加载时间长、画面刷新慢。
环境（宿主机）：Windows 11 笔记本（13900H+4060）
软件：Vmware Workstation Pro 17
客户机：Windows 11 专业工作站版（22H2）
宿主机表现为：鼠标卡顿，任务管理器中CPU高占用（但实际发热量不大，风扇几乎不转）。
客户机表现为：CPU长时间满载，但实际进程占用的CPU较少，整体非常卡顿。
经过不断优化，目前已解决该问题，下面记录一下解决方法。
1.开启了虚拟机的“侧通道缓解措施”。详情：https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/79832?lang=zh_cn
解决措施：按照官方教程将其关闭
2.客户机未安装Vmware Tools软件。（在我的环境中，这一点影响最大，可能是优化问题）
解决措施：安装Vmware Tools
3.设置中，“抓取的输入内容”不为高。
解决措施：设置“高”
另外记录一些其他可能导致此问题的原因：
1.宿主机内存不足。
2.未为客户机分配足够的内存或未预分配所有内存。
3.硬盘性能不足。
